I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use care. My work is centered on supporting people in building stability, improving wellbeing, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I offer medication management and psychotherapy and take a whole-person approach to care. This means slowing down to understand the full picture—the integration of mind, body, spirit, relationships, and behaviors that shape daily life.
I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and the challenges that come with stress and life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with women and healthcare professionals.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, strengths-based, and grounded in mindfulness. I value paying attention, creating space for awareness, and supporting thoughtful, intentional change.
I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2010, with prior experience as a registered nurse. I hold board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and am a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse–Advanced Practice (CARN-AP).
